What is an eStatement?
An eStatement is an electronic version of a paper statement. It contains the exact same information as the paper statement. Instead of receiving your account statement via mail, you will log on to our secure site to retrieve the statement electronically.
Will I receive my check images with my eStatement?
Yes, if you receive check images with your paper statement now, you will continue to receive them with your eStatement.
Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?
Starting from the next business day after your successful enrollment, you will no longer receive your paper statement via mail.

As is the case with everything traveling through the Internet, security is always an issue. Even statements being mailed via the postal system have their own set of security issues. All data transfers, including electronic mail, occur openly on the Internet and potentially can be monitored and read by others. For security purposes, the connection created to download the statement uses 128-bit SSL encryption and is considered secure. You must enter a personal password to decrypt and view the statement information.
