Are FCB deposit accounts FDIC insured?
Yes! Each individual customer at FCB is insured by the FDIC
up to $250,000.
Temporary Changes to FDIC Deposit Insurance Coverage
The standard insurance amount of $250,000 per depositor is in effect through December 31, 2013.
On January 1, 2014, the standard insurance amount will return to $100,000 per depositor for all
account categories except IRAs and other certain retirement accounts, which will remain at $250,000 per depositor.
On October 14, 2008, the FDIC announced its temporary Transaction Account Guarantee Program, providing depositors
with unlimited coverage for noninterest-bearing transaction accounts if their bank is a participant in the FDIC's
Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program. Noninterest-bearing checking accounts include Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs)
and any transaction account that has unlimited withdrawals and that cannot earn interest. Also included are low-interest
NOW accounts that cannot earn more than 0.5% interest. Interest-bearing accounts include NOW accounts that can earn more
than 0.5% interest, other interest-bearing checking accounts, Money Market Deposit Accounts (MMDAs), savings accounts, and
Certificates of Deposit (CDs). This program is scheduled to end on December 31, 2009.
How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll
check?
As an FCB checking customer you have FCB's routing
and transit number and your account number on your checks. If your
employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide
this information to the human resources or payroll department at
your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within
thirty days.
How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social
Security check?
As an FCB checking customer you have FCB's routing
and transit number and your account number on your checks. Simply
contact us, and have your Social Security
Number and account information available to set up your direct deposit
right over the phone.
Can I get information about my account by phone?
Yes! Account information is available with our Customer Service
Representatives during business hours at any of our offices
or ask about our Answer Line system (524.0800 or 1.800.464.0800)
for automated account information 24 hours a day.

Are wire transfers possible to and from my
FCB checking account?
Yes! Funds can be transferred to and from FCB accounts by
wire transfer or via ACH (Automated Clearing House) debits or credits.

How do I make a deposit to my account from
a remote location?
You can do most of your banking by using direct deposit, ATMs or
