loginWhen first enrolling in eStatements, you will need to provide detailed information for one of your accounts which includes account number, account type, login ID, and tax ID number. Once you authenticate yourself to our system the first time, you will have the option to enroll other accounts that are associated with your banking relationship.

Your login ID is comprised of the first 4 characters of your last name combined with the last four digits of your social security number. Customers with less than 4 letters in their last name will have an ID consisting of your last name plus the first (and/or 2nd) letter of your first name and then the last 4 of your SSN.

Example: Robert Lee SSN = 123456789
ID would be LeeR6789

Customers who have a character in their last name, such as an apostrophe or hyphen, these should be removed.

The account type represents the kind of account you are registering. Many customers have multiple checking and savings accounts tied to a combined statement. In registering your combined statement you would select "combined statement" as the account type which is set up as the lead account. If you are unsure of the account type of your statement, try enrolling using your main checking account and an account type of "checking" if you receive an error, try changing the account type to "combined statement".

If your account number begins with zero (0), do not use the zero; start with the second number in your account number.

Multi-Factor Authentication

The second step sets up your account for Multi-Factor Authentication log in. You must complete the entire enrollment process. It is intended to provide you with the best security possible. Once you click on UPDATE to continue, you will be directed to enter your eStatement user ID and click Login to continue. The "Set Up Secure Authentication" screen will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen.
